Brittany Fout Smith is an accredited Functional Movement Specialist with over 15 years of experience. Professionally, she aspires to help people feel stronger, healthier, and happier through lifestyle management. Her own fitness journey began as a child where she enjoyed learning several different dance styles, along with playing volleyball through to her collegiate years.
As an adult, she has competed in bodybuilding competitions, but her true passion lies in helping others, fueled by seeing how their quality of life changes every day, whether they are coming back from an injury, training to get better in their sport, or just wanting to be happier and healthier.
Her mantra is, “If we keep our bodies moving the way they were made to function, longevity, and quality of life increases.”
Therefore, her goal for every training session is that clients have fun, learn more about their body, and feel better at knowing they are moving one step closer to reaching their health and fitness goals!
Personally, having moved recently from the Northeast to Dallas, Brittany has already integrated herself into the local club volleyball community, joined a euchre group and generally enjoys discovering what all the south has to offer.
